Hooton Tennis Club have a new video for their single ‘Katy-Anne Bellis.’ The song is an ode to singer Ryan’s ex-flatmate Katy-Anne. Ryan says: ” “It’s just a mushy song about moving house and staying in touch.”
He adds about the video, “We decided to throw a soirée in the living room of the enchanted ‘Garlic Mansion’ for our song inspired by the wonderful Katy-Anne! The house she used to live in — a house of plenty — never a dull moment! People come and people go, and in this house all are celebrated. ¡viva la garlic mansion”

“Recorded by Edwyn Collins at his studio in the Scottish Highlands, it feels like a natural evolution from the group’s much-loved (in these parts) debut.
’Katy-Anne Bellis’ is a coy, bittersweet ode to a former flat mate, finding the profound in the most humble of circumstance.
